About the Role
The Executive Search Consultant is an integral part of our life sciences search team. They are responsible for recruiting, assessing, and presenting high-level professionals to our biotech, pharma, and clinical research client partners. Successful executive search consultants’ approach potential candidates not only to evaluate their interest in and suitability for specific roles, but also to build a meaningful relationship that will grow over time. We do our best work by getting to know the top life sciences professionals, and by understanding their careers and ambitions.
Responsibilities include:
· Develop an understanding of the drug development process from discovery to commercialization, as well as the business of biotech
· Draft position descriptions, presentation materials for passive candidates and clients, client profiles and other search-related documents
· Attend and contribute to client update meetings and calls
· Create passive candidate’s database
· High-volume (120+calls, Emails and Text messages) cold calling appointment setting or lead generation experience.
· Fearless! You will also be calling decision makers at the biggest companies on the planet.
· Manage incoming calls from new and existing clients as well as making outgoing “cold” to “hot” calls to develop new business
· Participate in regular team meetings regarding the status of each search
· Keep abreast of developments and trends within the life sciences industry to provide the sharpest possible insights to clients
· Document efforts and update CV’s in JobDiva and Salesforce CRM database
· Outreach via email, text messages, social media, and phone calls to connect with target candidates
· Conduct screening interviews with potential candidates
· Analyze the suitability of potential candidates for specific roles
· Leverage recruiting tools to identify potential candidates
· Continuously seek opportunities to engage and develop relationships with high-quality biopharma leaders
· Attend industry-specific networking events and conferences
· Work collaboratively with other members of the search team to ensure excellence in all aspects of our work
Requirement

· A background in life sciences and or/recruiting is plus.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
